As we approach the end of the semester, we would like to remind you that the final exams will be conducted using the Safe Exam Browser (SEB). This is a secure browser designed to ensure the integrity of the examination process.
Important Notice:
Safe Exam Browser (SEB) cannot be installed or used on mobile phones. It is only compatible with Windows, macOS, and certain Linux operating systems.
All students are required to have a laptop to take the final exams. If you do not currently have access to a laptop, please make arrangements to acquire one before the exam period begins.
Why is this necessary?
The Safe Exam Browser restricts access to unauthorized resources, applications, and websites during the exam. This ensures a fair and secure testing environment for all students. Since SEB is not supported on mobile devices, laptops are mandatory for all exam takers.
What should you do?
Ensure your laptop meets the system requirements for Safe Exam Browser. You can check the requirements and download the browser from the official website: https://safeexambrowser.org/.
Test the browser on your laptop before the exam day to ensure it works properly.
If you do not have access to a laptop, make arrangements immediately. You may consider borrowing from a friend, family member, or renting one if necessary.
Deadline:
All students must have a laptop ready before the end of the semester exam. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in being unable to take the final exams.
